La Spitex Région Entlebuch soutient et permet, par ses services, de vivre et de demeurer à domicile pour les personnes de tous âges nécessitant des soins, un accompagnement ou de l-aide. Notre offre de services complète comprend les soins somatiques et psychiatriques, les soins palliatifs plus ainsi que les prestations ménagères pour huit communes de la région.

Votre mission - Soins et accompagnement des clients adultes présentant des troubles psychiques dans le but de leur permettre une vie quotidienne autonome à domicile - Responsabilité du processus de soins et gestion des cas - Mise en réseau et coordination interne avec les autres équipes - Collaboration active avec des spécialistes et organismes externes

Votre profil - Formation achevée en tant qu-infirmier diplômé HF/FH en psychiatrie ou infirmier diplômé HF/FH avec formation complémentaire en psychiatrie (par ex. CAS Soins psychiatriques ambulatoires) ou volonté de suivre une formation correspondante - Au moins deux ans d-expérience professionnelle à 100 % en psychiatrie pour la réalisation d-évaluations des besoins - Plaisir à travailler de manière autonome et responsable - Excellentes compétences en communication ainsi qu-une manière de travailler respectueuse et ciblée - Permis de conduire catégorie B valide et de préférence un véhicule personnel
