Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en soins infirmiers HF/FH requis.
  • Expérience en Spitex appréciée.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office).

Le secteur Âge et soins de la ville de Winterthour propose, avec Spitex ainsi que dans les cinq centres pour personnes âgées, une offre de services variée principalement destinée aux personnes âgées.

Pour Spitex Ville de Winterthour, nous recherchons dès le 1er février 2027 ou selon accord une personne engagée et responsable pour les services du matin, du soir et de nuit.

Vos tâches ##

  • Assurer le processus de soins de nos clientes et clients
  • Assumer la responsabilité des cas
  • Analyser des situations complexes de prise en charge et de soins
  • Clarifier et coordonner les services internes et externes nécessaires

Votre profil ##

  • Diplôme d-infirmière/infirmier diplômé HF/FH
  • Expérience Spitex préférée
  • Mode de travail autonome et responsable
  • Maîtrise des programmes informatiques (MS Office, éventuellement RAI-HC)
  • Mobile à vélo et titulaire d-un permis de conduire
