  • Diplôme en soins infirmiers HF/FH requis, expérience en Spitex un plus.

Qui tu es pour nous ##

  • Infirmier diplômé HF/FH avec une compréhension approfondie des contextes et une vision globale
  • Formation InterRai HC terminée ou volonté de la suivre
  • Grande autonomie, aisance en communication et bonnes capacités d'organisation, même dans des situations (de soins) complexes
  • Volonté d'apprendre et plaisir à collaborer activement
  • Connaissances solides dans le domaine médico-technique (par ex. Port-a-cath, Pleur-X, etc.) un atout
  • Expérience en gestion de cas dans le domaine Spitex est un plus
