Le Réseau Santé de la Glâne est une association qui représente les 14 communes du district de la Glâne. Il se compose de trois établissements médico-sociaux (235 lits dont 24 lits en psychogériatrie), d-un Foyer de Jour de 8 places, d-une unité de Séjour d-évaluation et d-orientation (SEO) de 12 lits et du service d-aide et de soins à domicile (ASDG).

Infirmier-ère chef-fe d'unité de soins (ICUS) à 80%-100% ###

Mission

  • Coordonner l-unité de soins conformément à la mission, aux lignes directrices, au concept de soins et d-accompagnement.
  • Prodiguer des soins aux résident-e-s conformément aux bonnes pratiques récentes et en respectant la sécurité, l-efficacité, le confort et l-économie.
  • Promouvoir l-expertise des soins infirmiers dans un accompagnent global du résident.
  • Organiser, planifier et gérer la gestion quotidienne des soins et de l-équipe.
  • Identifier les besoins de l-équipe et y répondre.
  • Répondre aux besoins et attentes des résidents et de leur famille.
  • Collaborer avec l-IC pour la coordination du secteur des soins.
  • Coordonner les activités internes à son unité pour atteindre les objectifs annuels.
  • Participer aux projets institutionnels, à la démarche qualité et à l-amélioration continue des pratiques.
  • Assurer des services de piquets avec disponibilité d-intervention en moins de 30 minutes.

Profil

  • Bachelor of Science HES-SO en soins infirmiers ou diplôme reconnu par la Croix-Rouge suisse.
  • Titulaire d-un CAS en gestion d-équipe ou titre jugé équivalent serait un atout.
  • Expertise et connaissances cliniques confirmées en gériatrie et/ou en psycho-gériatrie.
  • Sens des responsabilités, autonomie, dynamisme et flexibilité.
  • Bonnes capacités de communication et d-écoute.
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Connaissances des outils informatiques courants (PEP, Carefolio, RAI, MS Office).
  • Formation de superviseur RAI serait un atout.
  • Très bonnes connaissances orales et écrites du français.
