Pour renforcer notre équipe IT, nous recherchons un(e) :

Informaticien(ne) junior

Support Utilisateurs & Infrastructure IT

Directement rattaché(e) au Responsable Informatique Pays, vous participez au support quotidien des utilisateurs ainsi qu'à la maintenance et à l'évolution des systèmes informatiques de l'entreprise.

Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique et bénéficierez d'un environnement vous permettant de développer rapidement vos compétences techniques sur des infrastructures professionnelles variées.

Votre mission ###

  • Assurer le support utilisateurs de premier et deuxième niveau
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, logiciels et réseaux
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail et périphériques
  • Participer à l'administration et à la maintenance des systèmes et infrastructures IT
  • Assurer le suivi et la gestion du parc informatique et téléphonique
  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et partenaires IT
  • Participer aux projets informatiques de l'entreprise
  • Documenter les procédures et les interventions réalisées

Compétence technique ###

  • Très bonnes connaissances des environnements Microsoft (Windows, Microsoft 365)
  • Bonnes bases en informatique systèmes et réseaux
  • Curiosité naturelle pour les nouvelles technologies
  • Intérêt pour la programmation, le développement d'applications ou l'automatisation
  • Une première expérience ou des connaissances en scripting (PowerShell, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript ou tehcnologies similaires) constituent un atout
  • Motivation à apprendre de nouvelles technologies et à évoluer dans le domaine IT
  • Connaissance Linux : un atout

Votre Profil ###

  • CFC d'informaticien(ne) ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Une expérience acquise dans le cadre d'un apprentissage, d'un stage ou d'une activité professionnelle constitue un atout
  • Excellente maîtrise du français à l-oral comme à l-écrit
  • Bonne compréhension de l'anglais technique
  • Bonne connaissance de l'allemand : un atout
  • Débutant(e) accepté(e)
