Vos tâches

Nous numérisons notre laboratoire de biotechnologie : les instruments de laboratoire, les bases de données et les analyses doivent être réunis sur une plateforme de données centrale. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans ce projet.

  • Concevoir et construire une plateforme de données évolutive pour les données de laboratoire et de recherche
  • Connecter les instruments de laboratoire (par ex. instruments analytiques, spectromètres, bioréacteurs), les bases de données existantes et LIMS/ELN via des interfaces et des standards tels que OPC UA.
  • Développer et exploiter des pipelines de données automatisés (ETL/ELT), incluant la qualité des données, la gestion des métadonnées et la versionnage
  • Rendre les données disponibles pour l-analyse, les tableaux de bord et l-apprentissage automatique conformément aux principes FAIR
  • Assurer la sécurité des données, le contrôle d-accès et l-intégrité des données, documenter et former les utilisateurs en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de recherche, de laboratoire et informatiques
  • De plus, vous participerez activement à des projets de recherche appliquée avec plusieurs partenaires industriels

Votre profil

Vous alliez une solide expertise en ingénierie logicielle à une passion pour les sciences de la vie.

  • Diplôme (Bachelor/Master) en informatique, science des données, bioinformatique ou domaine comparable
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience en ingénierie des données avec Python et SQL, outils de workflow et conteneurs (Docker)
  • Connaissance des bases de données relationnelles et NoSQL, plateformes de données cloud ou sur site et développement d-API
  • Expérience avec les données de laboratoire, l-intégration d-instruments, LIMS/ELN ou environnements réglementés (GxP) est un plus
  • Autonomie, méthode de travail structurée, goût pour la collaboration interdisciplinaire, et bonnes compétences en allemand et en anglais
