Ingénieur R&D Tribologie & Matériaux (80%-100%)

Vos tâches

Vous dirigez des projets de développement ainsi que des tâches de support technique dans le domaine de la tribologie. Votre focus porte sur les procédés de lubrification et l-élaboration d-instructions de lubrification pour les usines de quartz. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les départements internes et les partenaires externes afin d-assurer des solutions optimales pour les questions liées au frottement et à l-usure.

De plus, vous réalisez des analyses de caractérisation par profilométrie optique et tribométrie afin d-évaluer précisément les paramètres de surface et de friction et de soutenir les optimisations techniques.

Vous assurez également le support technique dans votre domaine d-activité, tant pour les différents départements internes que pour les entreprises du groupe Swatch.

Vous disposez d-une formation d-ingénieur au niveau MASTER-HES ou d-un diplôme reconnu équivalent.

Idéalement, vous avez déjà quelques années d-expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la tribologie.

Vous êtes dynamique et créatif, et votre personnalité ouverte et responsable vous distingue. En tant que personne sociable, vous accordez également une grande importance à un travail constructif en équipe.

Votre langue maternelle est le français ou l-allemand. Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances de l-autre langue ou êtes motivé à l-apprendre. Une bonne maîtrise de l-anglais serait également un atout.
