Vos principales tâches

Vous aurez un aperçu des domaines suivants :

Soutien

  • Vous soutenez les collaborateurs de notre entreprise en les aidant dans leurs demandes informatiques
  • Vous classez, coordonnez et traitez les tickets informatiques
  • Vous analysez, traitez et résolvez de manière autonome les dysfonctionnements système
  • Vous êtes responsable de l'entretien et du fonctionnement du matériel existant
  • Vous êtes responsable de l'évaluation et de l'achat de nouveau matériel
  • Vous mettez en place un système d'auto-assistance permettant aux employés de résoudre eux-mêmes des problèmes simples
  • Vous définissez et documentez les processus

Consulting

* En tant que responsable du département support informatique

vous assumez des tâches de gestion de projet

  • Vous évaluez et implémentez de nouvelles solutions innovantes
  • Vous planifiez, coordonnez et réalisez des formations sur l'utilisation des logiciels et matériels informatiques
  • Vous assumez la responsabilité du bon fonctionnement de notre informatique
  • Vous conseillez la direction dans le cadre du développement informatique à long terme

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes actuellement étudiant dans le domaine de l'informatique ou similaire
  • Bonnes à très bonnes connaissances informatiques sur Apple et Windows / dans la résolution de problèmes des utilisateurs finaux
  • Bonnes connaissances en technique réseau
  • Vous faites preuve d'une grande initiative personnelle et de flexibilité
  • Méthode de travail précise et efficace
  • Bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais

Digt AG est une start-up e-commerce en forte croissance, spécialisée dans le community building. Depuis un certain temps, nous exploitons avec Brands for Employees la plateforme leader pour les réductions pour employés. Avec Brands for Students, nous avons récemment lancé une plateforme proposant des offres pour les étudiants des universités et hautes écoles. De plus, nous exploitons en collaboration avec les banques cantonales suisses le portail Weeklydeals.ch ainsi que myshop.20min.ch avec des offres exclusives pour les membres de la communauté 20 Minuten. Depuis peu, nous proposons également, en collaboration avec Twint, des offres imbattables.
