Les services informatiques de la ville de Thoune (IDT) sont un prestataire central de l'administration municipale de Thoune, des écoles publiques de Thoune et pour des clients tiers, comme par exemple les communes régionales. L'IDT gère et entretient aujourd'hui environ 4'300 postes de travail, 280 serveurs, 4'800 comptes utilisateurs dans le réseau éducatif et 800 comptes utilisateurs dans le domaine administratif. Vos tâches :

En tant qu'ingénieur système dans le département technique, vous êtes responsable, avec neuf autres collaborateurs, de l'ensemble de l'infrastructure du centre de données. Vos domaines d'expertise principaux sont essentiellement :

  • Participation et responsabilité technique dans divers projets informatiques ainsi que dans l'introduction ou le développement de nouveaux services et technologies
  • Mise à disposition, configuration et maintenance des hôtes Windows Hyper-V Cluster, des serveurs Windows virtuels et de notre Active Directory
  • Responsable de la maintenance et du développement de notre infrastructure de stockage (NetApp) et Cisco UCS
  • Co-responsable de l'extension, de l'optimisation et de l'administration de l'infrastructure de bureau virtuel dans notre environnement Citrix
  • Analyse et résolution des dysfonctionnements système
  • Responsable de l'architecture du département et de la réalisation de solutions optimales, coordonnées à l'échelle de la plateforme
  • Définition et documentation des standards correspondants pour le département concerné

Vous apportez :

  • Formation de base achevée (CFC) dans le domaine informatique avec formation continue (HF) ou diplôme Bachelor / Master en informatique
  • Formation ou expérience en gestion de projet ou sous-projet
  • Connaissances approfondies et pratiques dans les domaines NetApp, Cisco UCS, virtualisation (Hyper-V, Citrix) ainsi qu'excellentes connaissances dans l'environnement Microsoft Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS) requises
  • Méthodologie de travail autonome, orientée solutions et structurée
  • Excellente expression orale et écrite en allemand ainsi que bonnes connaissances en anglais
