Tâches ##

Responsabilités : \- Contrôler les pièces fabriquées en interne en choisissant et utilisant les moyens de mesure adaptés à chaque contrôle \- Analyser et appliquer les plans de contrôle \- Prendre en charge la gestion des non-conformités \- Mesurer sur machines Keyence (utilisation et programmation) \- Assurer un rôle d'appui à la gestion des moyens de mesure : entretien, étalonnage, adaptation de la périodicité, évaluation de nouveaux prestataires externes \- Collaborer avec les départements d'usinage

Votre profil : \- Formation en qualité avec diplôme TQ1 (non négociable) \- Expérience dans le domaine du contrôle en Suisse de minimum 5 ans \- Expertise dans l'utilisation des outils de mesure et des techniques de contrôle qualité : programmation Keyence (utilisation et programmation), moyens de mesure conventionnels, aisance dans la lecture de dessins techniques \- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Connaissance de SAP et d'un logiciel de gestion qualité / gestion des moyens de mesure / gestion des plans de contrôle est un atout \- Maîtrise du français \- Sens aiguisé de la précision et capacité à prendre des décisions informées en matière de qualité \- Forte capacité à analyser des situations techniques complexes, à écouter les différents interlocuteurs \- Capacité à gérer son temps et ses priorités \- Dynamisme, curiosité, appétence pour la résolution de problèmes, capacités de communication avec différents types d'interlocuteurs
