Nous sommes leaders sur le marché suisse dans le domaine de la « gestion du trafic » et assurons, grâce à nos systèmes de guidage supérieurs, une grande sécurité routière sur les routes nationales suisses depuis plus de 30 ans - notamment dans les tunnels : la police, l'entretien et le centre de gestion du trafic font entièrement confiance à notre solution.

Pour compléter notre équipe expérimentée et motivée, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord, à notre siège principal à Urdorf près de Zurich, un(e) Développeur Java (h/f/d) dynamique, autonome et motivé(e).

Description du poste ##

  • Direction technique et coordination au sein de l'équipe de développement
  • Décisions d'architecture ainsi que revue et développement des systèmes existants
  • Développement full-stack dans des projets logiciels basés sur Java (frontend/backend)
  • Conseil aux clients concernant les approches techniques et la conduite de projet
  • Assurer une mise en œuvre de haute qualité tant en frontend qu'en backend
  • Collaboration étroite avec les Product Owners, Business Analysts et autres parties prenantes
  • Application et promotion des méthodes agiles (Scrum)
  • Promotion des bonnes pratiques, du Clean Code et de la culture DevOps
  • Assurer des standards élevés de qualité et de sécurité
  • Collaboration avec des équipes interdisciplinaires ainsi que des services spécialisés côté client

Qualifications ##

  • Expérience significative en développement Java (Spring, JPA, REST, etc.)
  • Compétences frontend marquées avec des frameworks tels qu'Angular et Bootstrap
  • Expérience avérée dans la conception et la mise en œuvre d'applications complexes en environnement full-stack
  • Présence assurée en contact client avec de fortes compétences en communication et conseil
  • Méthodologie agile : connaissances approfondies de Scrum, idéalement certifié (ex. PSM I / CSM)
  • Compétences sociales développées - joueur d'équipe mettant le NOUS au premier plan
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit, anglais à un bon niveau
