Description de l'entreprise ##

En tant que Développeur principal Java, vous jouez un rôle central dans la mise en œuvre technique de projets clients exigeants dans le secteur public. Vous alliez un excellent savoir-faire technique à un esprit fortement orienté conseil et convainquez à l'interface entre la technologie et le client. Vous accompagnez nos clients de manière orientée solution, parlez leur langage et apportez en même temps des impulsions techniques à l'équipe. En cas d'aptitude et d'intérêt, il est également possible de se développer à terme vers un poste de spécialiste ou de management hiérarchique.

Description du poste ##

  • Direction technique, coaching et soutien d'équipes de développeurs jusqu'à une taille de 5 développeurs
  • Développement de projets logiciels basés sur Java (Frontend/Backend)
  • Conseil aux clients dans le domaine des architectures logicielles, des approches techniques et de la conduite de projet
  • Collaboration étroite avec les Product Owners, les Business Analysts et d'autres parties prenantes
  • Application et promotion des méthodes agiles (Scrum), des approches Best-Practice, de la culture Clean Code et DevOps
  • Assurer le respect des normes de qualité et de sécurité convenues
  • Responsable des décisions d'architecture ainsi que de la revue et du développement des paysages systèmes existants
  • Collaboration avec des équipes interdisciplinaires ainsi que des services spécialisés côté client

Qualifications ##

  • Formation achevée en informatique au niveau FZ/FA, HF ou université
  • Expérience de plusieurs années en développement Java (Spring, JPA, REST, etc.)
  • Bonnes à très bonnes connaissances dans le domaine Frontend avec des frameworks comme Angular ou Bootstrap sont un avantage
  • Expérience approfondie dans la conception et la mise en œuvre d'applications complexes
  • Expérience avec des plateformes cloud (par ex. AWS, Azure, GCP) est un avantage
  • Présence assurée en contact client combinée à une grande compétence en communication et conseil
  • Compétences sociales prononcées - joueur d'équipe qui met le NOUS au premier plan
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit, anglais à un bon niveau
  • Résidence en Suisse
