Votre domaine de responsabilité ###

Vous travaillez au sein d-une équipe de cuisine bien rodée sous la direction du chef cuisinier et assumez des responsabilités dans la production quotidienne. Votre attention se porte sur la mise en place, le soutien au service ainsi que sur un travail propre et structuré à votre poste. Avec engagement, passion et soin, vous préparez des repas savoureux et équilibrés pour nos résidents, invités et collaborateurs, contribuant activement au bon déroulement du quotidien en cuisine.

Votre profil ###

Vous avez réussi votre formation de cuisinier CFC/EBA et souhaitez évoluer tant professionnellement que personnellement. Vous travaillez de manière fiable, organisée et gardez une vue d-ensemble même dans les situations stressantes. Le travail en équipe est pour vous une évidence et vous avez du plaisir à cuisiner ainsi qu-une bonne compréhension de la qualité et de l-hygiène. Vous faites preuve de patience et savez également vous adapter aux personnes âgées. Vous vous exprimez bien à l-oral et à l-écrit en allemand (niveau minimum B2).
