Your role:

"We are not looking for finished fund managers, but personalities with a strong interest in capital markets who want to take the next step in their investment career together with us."

  • You analyse companies, industries and capital markets with a focus on North American equities and global convertible bonds.
  • You develop investment ideas and accompany them from analysis to implementation in our portfolios.
  • You combine fundamental and quantitative analyses with market and company research and derive investment decisions from them.
  • You monitor portfolios, performance and risk metrics and support the further development of our investment strategies.
  • You work closely with experienced fund managers and gradually take on responsibility.

Your education and experience:

  • Completed studies (preferably Master-s) in Finance, Economics, Data Science or a comparable field.
  • Initial experience in asset management, investment research, fund management or a related financial area as well as a strong interest in equities, capital markets and especially convertible bonds.
  • Ideally knowledge or practical exposure to convertible bonds, credit or equity research as well as good knowledge of Bloomberg, data-based analysis tools up to Python or others.

  • You work independently, structured and advance topics with initiative and perseverance.
  • You appreciate professional exchange within the team, share your ideas openly and continuously develop yourself.

You will become part of an experienced and committed investment team with direct responsibility for institutional and private client funds. Together we discuss investment ideas, analyse companies and make well-founded investment decisions based on our own convictions.
