Tâches ##

  • Accompagner les candidats dans leur processus de recrutement.
  • Mener des interviews et identifier les potentiels des candidats.
  • Conseiller les clients sur leurs besoins en recrutement.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en psychologie, économie ou domaine similaire requis.
  • Compétences en communication et en psychologie essentielles.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et organisée.

Vos tâches :

  • Vous accompagnez les candidat·e·s du premier entretien jusqu-à l-entretien d-embauche et les aidez à aborder leur prochaine étape de carrière avec confiance.
  • Vous menez des entretiens, identifiez les potentiels et mettez à profit vos compétences psychologiques et communicatives dans les échanges avec les personnes.
  • Vous conseillez les client·e·s tout au long du processus de recrutement et apprenez à comprendre précisément leurs besoins.
  • Vous rédigez des annonces d-emploi convaincantes et utilisez l-Active Sourcing pour attirer les talents adaptés aux postes vacants.
  • Vous développez progressivement votre propre portefeuille client et entretenez durablement les relations existantes.
  • Vous organisez votre quotidien professionnel de manière autonome, coordonnez les rendez-vous et gardez un œil sur vos objectifs ainsi que sur les processus en cours.

  • Vous cherchez une entrée dans la vie professionnelle où vous pouvez appliquer vos connaissances acquises durant vos études tout en apprenant beaucoup de choses nouvelles.
  • Vous travaillez de manière flexible et orientée équipe et êtes prêt·e à faire régulièrement la navette entre nos sites de Saint-Gall et Zurich.

Ce que vous apportez :

  • Vous êtes sur le point de terminer ou avez déjà terminé des études en psychologie, psychologie du travail, économie ou dans un domaine similaire.
  • Des premières expériences pratiques via des stages, emplois annexes, emplois étudiants ou projets personnels sont un avantage.
  • Des expériences en RH, marketing, conseil, vente ou promotion vous aident à démarrer, mais ne sont pas indispensables.
  • Vous avez une maîtrise sûre de l-allemand ; une bonne connaissance de l-anglais est un plus.
  • Vous travaillez de manière structurée, aimez apprendre et appréciez un quotidien varié entre recrutement, conseil et contact client.
