Description de l'entreprise

L-Office de la justice de l-administration nationale du Liechtenstein (www.aju.llv.li) regroupe sous un même toit les départements du registre foncier, du registre du commerce, de la justice ainsi que la surveillance des fondations et la prévention du blanchiment d-argent. Le service d-aide aux victimes, indépendant dans ses directives, est administrativement rattaché à ce service.

Description du poste

Vous vous sentez à l-aise dans les domaines d-activité suivants :

  • Traitement de toutes les questions juridiques des départements du registre foncier et du registre du commerce
  • Rédaction de décisions pour les départements du registre foncier et du registre du commerce
  • Élaboration de modèles types pour les départements du registre foncier et du registre du commerce
  • Traitement des cas de recours
  • Rédaction d-avis et de propositions de loi dans les domaines du droit des biens, du droit foncier et du droit des sociétés

Qualifications

Ce poste requiert notamment :

  • Un master en droit
  • Une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du droit des sociétés
  • Excellentes connaissances en allemand et en anglais
  • Une pensée analytique ainsi qu-une manière de travailler autonome
  • Une formulation assurée et élégante
