Département de l'éducation, de la culture et de la protection de l'environnement | 40-50 % | Coire ##

Le Département de l'éducation, de la culture et de la protection de l'environnement (EKUD) comprend cinq services aux tâches variées. En tant que service de soutien, le secrétariat du département assiste la direction du département et accompagne notamment les affaires juridiques et politiques.

Participez à la création des bases juridiques de demain ! Apportez votre expertise juridique là où le droit, la politique et l'administration se rencontrent, et développez des solutions convaincantes dans la pratique.

Vous travaillez au sein du service de législation à l'interface entre le droit, la politique et l'administration et contribuez activement à façonner les cadres juridiques du canton des Grisons. Vous y trouverez des questions juridiques exigeantes, beaucoup d'autonomie et un environnement de travail collégial où vos idées comptent.

Nous recherchons pour le 1er janvier 2027 ou à convenir un juriste / une juriste pour le domaine de la législation.

Votre domaine de responsabilités

  • Direction et coordination autonome de projets législatifs
  • Élaboration de lois, messages, propositions gouvernementales et documents de consultation
  • Conseil juridique au département et à ses services
  • Analyse de questions juridiques complexes et développement de solutions juridiquement fondées et pratiques

Ce que nous attendons de vous

  • Diplôme en droit
  • Intérêt pour le droit public ainsi que pour les contextes politiques et sociaux
  • Capacité d'analyse et aptitude à présenter clairement des situations complexes
  • Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et orientée vers les solutions
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, esprit d'équipe et plaisir à échanger sur le plan professionnel
