Tu t'intéresses à la fabrication des aliments ? Tu souhaites allier sciences naturelles et travail pratique ? En tant que technologue alimentaire CFC, tu apprends comment des matières premières soigneusement sélectionnées deviennent des produits sûrs, de haute qualité et savoureux.

Durant ta formation de trois ans, tu découvriras des aspects passionnants de la production alimentaire. Tu travailleras avec des installations modernes, surveilleras les processus de fabrication et apprendras comment qualité, hygiène et efficacité interagissent.

Tes tâches

  • Tu fabriques des aliments selon des recettes et procédés définis
  • Tu pèses les matières premières et les prépares pour la production
  • Tu utilises et surveilles les installations de production
  • Tu contrôles la température, le poids, la consistance et d-autres critères de qualité
  • Tu réalises des analyses simples et des contrôles qualité
  • Tu documentes les données de production et les étapes de travail
  • Tu détectes les écarts et réagis de manière appropriéeTu respectes des règles strictes d-hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité
  • Tu aides lors des opérations de nettoyage, de changement d-outils et d-entretien
