Ce que vous accomplissez

  • Vous entretenez les espaces extérieurs et les bâtiments - vous nettoyez, réparez et réparez les dommages structurels
  • Vous surveillez les machines ainsi que les installations techniques du bâtiment, les entretenez régulièrement et effectuez de petites réparations
  • Le remplacement des joints, des lampes ou des serrures fait également partie de votre quotidien
  • Vous contrôlez soigneusement les chauffages, les installations électriques et sanitaires
  • Avec des tâches telles que la gestion des déchets, l'entretien des espaces verts, le déneigement et la réparation des revêtements, vous assurez l'ordre et la sécurité sur le site
  • Vous garantissez ainsi le bon fonctionnement et contribuez à la préservation de la valeur de nos bâtiments
