Heime Uster est une institution de droit public spécialisée dans les soins de longue durée, offrant une large gamme de services adaptés aux besoins des résidents. Environ 300 collaborateurs dévoués et empathiques s-occupent des 220 résidents sur les deux sites Im Grund et Dietenrain.

Nous sommes très fiers de pouvoir offrir une formation de premier ordre à environ 60 apprentis et étudiants dans les domaines des soins et de l-accompagnement, de l-hôtellerie et des services généraux. Ils bénéficient d-une immersion passionnante dans différents environnements, acquièrent de nombreuses connaissances et accumulent une grande expérience pratique pour leur avenir professionnel.

Vos principales tâches ###

En tant que technicien/ne en maintenance des bâtiments, vous travaillez dans notre service technique. Vous entretenez nos bâtiments et veillez à ce que nos résidents se sentent bien chez nous. Vous surveillez et régulez les installations techniques du bâtiment telles que le chauffage et le système de détection incendie, intervenez en cas de panne et effectuez de petites réparations de manière autonome.

Vous êtes également responsable des travaux de jardinage, de peinture et de nettoyage général, ainsi que de la gestion des déchets. En hiver, vous aidez au déneigement.

Pour compléter votre formation, vous effectuez également un stage externe.

Ce que vous apportez ###

  • Diplôme de fin d-études secondaires niveau A ou B
  • Goût pour les travaux pratiques en intérieur comme en extérieur
  • Habileté manuelle et compréhension technique
  • Intérêt pour la nature et les plantes
  • Polyvalent, flexible et fiable
  • Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Bonne condition physique
  • Connaissances en allemand au minimum niveau B2
