Heime Uster est une institution de droit public spécialisée dans les soins de longue durée, offrant une large gamme de services adaptés aux besoins des résidents. Environ 340 collaborateurs passionnés et empathiques prennent soin des 220 résidents sur les deux sites Im Grund et Dietenrain.

Nous sommes très fiers de pouvoir offrir une formation de premier ordre à environ 60 apprentis et étudiants dans les domaines des soins et de l-accompagnement, de l-hôtellerie et des services internes. Ils bénéficient d-un aperçu passionnant de différents environnements, acquièrent beaucoup de connaissances utiles et accumulent une grande expérience pratique pour leur avenir professionnel.

Vos principales tâches ###

Durant votre formation, vous aurez la merveilleuse opportunité d-assumer diverses tâches, ce qui vous permettra de découvrir les multiples facettes du métier de soignant. Vos tâches principales sont variées et comprennent l-organisation du quotidien, l-administration, la logistique et la technique médicale. Vous prenez soin des personnes malades et âgées, les aidez dans leurs activités quotidiennes et êtes à leur écoute. Vous ferez partie d-une équipe engagée qui vous soutiendra et vous encouragera tout au long de votre parcours.

Vous aurez également la possibilité d-effectuer des stages externes ainsi qu-en interne (hôpital, Spitex et Wagerenhof).
