Tâches ##

  • Gérer l'entrée et la sortie des médicaments et matériaux.
  • Contrôler les livraisons pour garantir qualité et intégrité.

Pour renforcer notre équipe logistique, nous recherchons dès le 1er janvier 2027 ou selon accord une personne engagée en tant que

Tâches

Entrée et sortie des marchandises :

  • Réception/transfert de médicaments, matériaux d-emballage et matières premières
  • Contrôle et vérification des livraisons entrantes quant à leur complétude et qualité
  • Gestion administrative des documents liés au transport

Préparation de commandes :

  • Préparation des commandes clients avec scanner manuel
  • Fourniture d-informations logistiques au service client
  • Transports internes
  • Disponibilité pour travail le samedi et service de garde
  • Réalisation de l-inventaire

Projet :

  • Participation active à la mise en œuvre de notre projet d-automatisation
  • Possibilité de prise de fonction ultérieure en tant que chef d-équipe

Exigences

  • Formation achevée de logisticien (EFZ) avec formation technique complémentaire
  • Connaissances en logistique des médicaments (environnement GDP)
  • Expérience de plusieurs années dans un environnement automatisé de préparation de commandes indispensable
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l-allemand, à l-oral et à l-écrit
  • Très bonnes compétences informatiques en SAP et Office
  • Travail autonome, fiable et précis
  • Permis de chariot élévateur en cours de validité
  • Esprit d-équipe et bonnes capacités de communication
  • Sens des responsabilités dans la gestion de produits et documents sensibles
  • Grand sens de la qualité et rigueur au travail
