Planification et réalisation d'événements : Vous participez à la préparation et à la mise en œuvre des événements. Vous assurez le bon déroulement des manifestations en collaboration avec l'équipe événementielle. Cela inclut notamment la planification, la coordination et la collaboration avec des services internes et externes, la gestion des locations et des événements clients, la responsabilité du montage et du démontage, ainsi que l'utilisation de la technique événementielle.

Gestion du matériel : Vos autres tâches comprennent la gestion du matériel événementiel et du stock ainsi que de la technique événementielle.

Horaires de travail : Les horaires peuvent varier selon l'événement et la manifestation, avec parfois de longues journées de travail. Les interventions de nuit et le week-end font partie du poste.

Expérience : Vous disposez d'une expérience pratique de plusieurs années dans la planification et la réalisation d'événements. Vous savez utiliser en toute sécurité différents appareils techniques (par ex. technique sonore). Vous avez une compréhension technique, un savoir-faire manuel et de bonnes connaissances informatiques (MS Office).

Personnalité : Vous travaillez de manière autonome, fiable et orientée solutions, vous établissez des priorités et gardez une vue d'ensemble même avec des tâches changeantes. Vous êtes flexible, orienté service, communicatif, aimez travailler en équipe et êtes physiquement résistant.

Formation : Vous avez une formation de spécialiste en organisation d'événements (CFC) ou dans un domaine technique ou commercial-technique comparable. Ou vous êtes un polyvalent maîtrisant l'utilisation de la technique événementielle moderne et professionnelle.

Langue : Vous possédez d'excellentes connaissances en allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit. Des connaissances en anglais et en français sont souhaitables.
