La mission des Toises - Centre de psychiatrie et psychothérapie, est d-offrir des soins spécialisés ambulatoires de qualité aux enfants, adolescents et adultes de tous âges présentant des troubles psychiques, et ce, de façon optimale, personnalisée et adaptée aux besoins de chacun.

L-équipe pluridisciplinaire, tournée vers les technologies innovantes, travaille en étroite collaboration pour placer le patient au centre des soins.

Description du rôle

  • Superviser les thérapeutes et les médecins assistants de l'unité
  • Assurer le suivi psychiatrique et psychothérapeutique d-une patientèle en ambulatoire
  • Possibilité de pratiquer des suivis individuels, de famille et de groupe
  • Participer aux colloques cliniques hebdomadaires et aux colloques généraux thématiques
  • Soutien et encadrement de l'activité des collaborateurs de l'unité
  • Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre des programmes de soins élaborés au sein du Centre

Votre profil

  • Titre de spécialiste en psychiatrie et psychothérapie ou médecin assistant en fin de formation postgraduée
  • Compétence dans la conduite d-entretiens
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et également au sein d-équipes
  • Dynamisme, flexibilité et bonne gestion du stress
  • Capacité à s-adapter à de nouvelles situations
  • Connaissances linguistiques : chaque langue parlée couramment en plus du français est un atout
