L-Orif est présente en Suisse romande avec 10 sites de formation et plus de 520 collaborateurs-trices. Pour notre site Orif Vernier, nous recherchons :

Maître socioprofessionnel/Maître de formation professionnelle Employé à 80-100%

Mission

  • Encadrer les bénéficiaires dans une section d-orientation et d-observation
  • Accompagner les bénéficiaires dans des mesures de réadaptation
  • Contribuer à des mesures d-instructions interdisciplinaires
  • Gérer et assumer les travaux pratiques en atelier et organiser la mise en stage
  • Elaborer et mettre en place des projets socioprofessionnels individualisés
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les collègues en section, les répondants sociaux, psychologues et médecins
  • Rédiger des rapports d-observation à l-attention des services placeurs et participer à des synthèses de réseau
  • Développer et entretenir les relations avec le réseau d-entreprises de la région
  • Gérer les aspects budgétaires de la section

Profil et compétences

  • CFC ou titre jugé équivalent dans un domaine manuel et/ou technique exigé
  • Diplôme de maître socioprofessionnel ES exigé à l-engagement ou après l-entrée en fonction
  • Expérience dans l-accompagnement de personne présentant des troubles en santé mentale souhaitée
  • Intérêt marqué pour l-encadrement de personnes en réadaptation professionnelle
  • Personnalité dynamique, esprit créatif
  • Autonomie, résistance au stress et flexibilité
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office) et aisance rédactionnelle
  • Bonne connaissance du tissu économique régional
  • Capacité d-adaptation et réelles aptitudes à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire
