Per la nostra sede di Agno cerchiamo un un/una Machine Testing Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

Responsabilità principali

  • Eseguire la messa in servizio, il collaudo e l'ottimizzazione di macchine e impianti presso Mikron e presso il cliente
  • Collaborare attivamente con il capo progetto durante l'intero ciclo di realizzazione del progetto, supportando le attività di pianificazione, avanzamento, accettazione e risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche, assicurando una comunicazione efficace tra andamento progetto e organizzazione interna
  • Verificare il corretto funzionamento meccanico, produttivo e qualitativo delle macchine secondo le specifiche tecniche e contrattuali
  • Regolare e ottimizzare sistemi meccanici, CNC, handling, periferiche e processi di lavorazione
  • Realizzare, validare e documentare pezzi campione e processi produttivi
  • Supportare ed eseguire attività di FAT e SAT
  • Installare e avviare macchine presso il cliente
  • Eseguire interventi di manutenzione preventiva, correttiva, troubleshooting e supporto tecnico sulla base installata
  • Formare il personale cliente sull'utilizzo, la conduzione e la manutenzione degli impianti
  • Collaborare con Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Care e Service per la validazione di modifiche tecniche e il miglioramento continuo dei prodotti
  • Redigere rapporti di collaudo, documentazione tecnica e rapporti di intervento
  • Operare nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza, qualità e ambiente
  • Supportare, in funzione delle priorità aziendali, attività di montaggio, collaudo, installazione e assistenza tecnica anche al di fuori dell'area principale di assegnazione

Il Suo profilo

  • Esperienza comprovata nella funzione
  • Titolo di studio in ambito meccanico
  • Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali
  • Forte orientamento al cliente e al servizio
  • Buone capacità di analisi e problem solving tecnico
  • Abilità nell'interpretazione e nell'applicazione delle normative di disegno
  • Abilità di lettura e interpretazione rapporti CQ sui pezzi realizzati
  • Competenza nella programmazione a bordo macchina ISO CNC (Bosch oppure Siemens)
  • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese
