Pour rendre visibles nos services, nos collaborateurs et notre marque, nous recherchons une personnalité polyvalente et proactive qui développera notre marketing avec créativité, autonomie et dynamisme. Vous travaillerez à notre siège principal à Saint-Gall.

Chez nous, vous ne trouverez pas un domaine d'activité restreint, mais un large éventail de tâches en marketing et communication. Vous apportez vos propres idées, les mettez en œuvre de manière autonome et veillez à ce que de bonnes initiatives aboutissent à des résultats convaincants.

Tâches

  • Marketing de A à Z : vous planifiez et réalisez diverses mesures marketing et développez continuellement notre présence sur le marché. Du site web aux informations clients en passant par les communications internes.
  • Réseaux sociaux & contenu : vous gérez nos canaux de réseaux sociaux, développez des contenus adaptés et créez des publications, images, vidéos et histoires issues de notre quotidien d-entreprise.
  • Site web & canaux digitaux : vous entretenez notre site web, maintenez les contenus à jour et identifiez des opportunités pour faire évoluer notre présence digitale.
  • Mise en œuvre créative : vous concevez des présentations, flyers, brochures et autres supports marketing ou coordonnez des partenaires externes lorsque cela est pertinent.
  • Projets & événements : vous organisez et accompagnez des projets marketing, des participations à des salons et des événements, en veillant à leur cohérence.
  • Collaborateurs : vous approchez nos collaborateurs et départements, identifiez des histoires intéressantes et mettez en lumière ce qui nous distingue.

Nous attendons :

  • Une formation ou une formation continue dans le domaine du marketing, de la communication ou dans une discipline comparable
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle en marketing avec une compréhension pratique large des tâches et un enthousiasme pour le transport et la logistique
  • Expérience pratique dans l-utilisation de l-IA (ChatGPT, claude.ai, etc.)
  • Expérience dans la gestion des réseaux sociaux ainsi que dans la création et la préparation de contenus
  • Un bon sens des textes, des images, de la mise en page et de l-adaptation à différents publics cibles
  • Maîtrise des canaux de communication digitaux et des outils marketing courants
  • Une manière de travailler autonome et structurée ainsi que la capacité à gérer différentes tâches et projets
  • Créativité, initiative personnelle et plaisir à non seulement développer des idées, mais aussi à les mettre en œuvre soi-même
  • Une attitude ouverte et simple ainsi que le plaisir de collaborer avec des personnes de différents domaines
