Employé(e) Administration / Accueil 80%

Vos tâches

  • Comptabilité clients/fournisseurs
  • Réalisation de la clôture mensuelle
  • Tenue du livre de caisse
  • Administration quotidienne des invités / conseil aux invités
  • Personne de contact pour les invités internes et visiteurs externes
  • Conduite d-entretiens téléphoniques de conseil
  • Soutien opérationnel à la directrice
  • Gestion du standard téléphonique, accueil/réception
  • Correspondance générale
  • Gestion et commande de matériel de bureau et d-imprimés
  • Aide et soutien à la mise en œuvre et à l-organisation des mesures marketing et des événements

Votre profil

  • Une attitude chaleureuse et pleine d-humour
  • Apparence soignée et très bonnes manières
  • Formation achevée de commerçant(e) ou d-employé(e) en hôtellerie CFC
  • Expérience en comptabilité
  • Expérience à l-accueil dans le secteur des services
  • Très bonnes connaissances informatiques (MS Office, CRM, CMS, SAP)
  • Flexible, résistant(e) au stress et esprit d-équipe
  • Communication assurée en allemand (oral et écrit)
