Tâches ##

  • Élaborer et mettre à jour des fiches de données de sécurité pour les produits.
  • Évaluer réglementairement les matières premières et les modifications de produits.
  • Assurer la conformité avec les exigences légales en Suisse et en EU.

Compétences ##

  • Formation en sciences, expérience en entreprise chimique requise.
  • Compétences en rédaction de documents réglementaires et normes ISO.
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais, bonnes compétences MS-Office.

Vos tâches

  • Élaboration et mise à jour des fiches de données de sécurité ; classification et étiquetage des substances et mélanges chimiques
  • Évaluation réglementaire des matières premières, formulations et modifications de produits
  • Traitement des notifications de produits, enregistrements et autorisations
  • Surveillance des exigences légales en Suisse et dans l'UE ainsi que traitement des demandes réglementaires
  • Soutien à la gestion de la qualité et lors des audits internes et externes
  • Assurance qualité suppléante avec tests en laboratoire, libérations de lots et gestion des réclamations

Votre profil

  • Formation scientifique ou universitaire, de préférence en chimie, et plusieurs années d'expérience dans une entreprise chimique
  • Pratique des fiches de données de sécurité, classification et étiquetage des produits ainsi que des réglementations pour la Suisse et l'UE
  • Volonté et capacité à effectuer des tests en laboratoire après formation
  • Très bonne maîtrise de l'allemand, bon anglais et bonnes connaissances de MS Office
  • Mode de travail autonome, structuré et soigneux
  • Atout : gestion de la qualité, ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, audits ainsi que logiciels de fiches de données de sécurité et ERP
