Vos tâches

En tant qu'employé(e) au secrétariat en pathologie, votre tâche principale consiste à effectuer de manière autonome toutes les tâches d'écriture et administratives du secrétariat ainsi que la rédaction de rapports à partir de dictées. De plus, vous êtes responsable de l'accueil des patients et gérez le tri des appels téléphoniques, fax et e-mails. En tant que personne autonome et orientée client, vous soutenez les processus de travail quotidiens ainsi que les médecins et le laboratoire.

De préférence, vous disposez d'une formation de secrétaire médicale et êtes familière avec la terminologie médicale. Vous maîtrisez la langue allemande à l'oral et à l'écrit. De plus, vous parlez et écrivez l'italien à un niveau élevé. Si vous aimez travailler sur ordinateur et êtes habitué(e) aux travaux d'écriture, vous êtes exactement la personne que nous recherchons.

Vous aimez travailler avec précision, placez toujours la satisfaction du client au premier plan, gardez la tête froide même dans les moments de stress et avez une attitude positive et motivée dans la collaboration avec vos collègues. Une capacité d'apprentissage rapide complète votre profil.
