Vos tâches

  • Co-responsable d-un service compétent dans la zone des invités
  • Prise en charge des résidents et des invités
  • Service soigné des repas et des boissons
  • Préparation du mise en place et du buffet
  • Respect des règles d-hygiène et des directives HACCP
  • Travaux de nettoyage et de réapprovisionnement
  • Aide lors des traiteurs et événements
  • Soutien en cuisine
  • Encaissement y compris clôture de caisse journalière

Votre profil

  • Formation d-employé/e de restauration EBA, employé/e de service EFZ ou plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle dans une fonction équivalente
  • Disponibilité pour travailler les week-ends, lors d-événements et de traiteurs
  • Attitude chaleureuse et pleine d-humour
  • Goût pour les défis variés
  • Bonne maîtrise de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit
