Tâches

  • Le service client et le centre d-information sont sous ta responsabilité.
  • Avec patience et engagement, tu sers et conseilles notre clientèle exigeante.
  • La responsabilité de la caisse t-incombe également.
  • Tu es responsable de la réception et du traitement des commandes clients ainsi que des réclamations clients.
  • Tu effectues des tâches administratives générales.

Exigences

  • Tu possèdes une formation professionnelle dans le commerce de détail ou en tant que commerçant·e.
  • Tu as de l-expérience dans les domaines administratifs et la gestion de caisse.
  • Tu maîtrises les programmes Office.
  • Ton allemand est très bon à l-oral et à l-écrit. L-anglais et le français sont un plus.
  • Des horaires flexibles (lu-sa/di) sont pour toi une évidence dans la vente.
