TES TÂCHES

  • Tu prends en charge nos patients privés pour les aspects non médicaux, organises et satisfais leurs souhaits et besoins
  • Tu accueilles et accompagnes nos patients privés et es responsable de la satisfaction des patients ainsi que du soutien des départements en cas de réclamations
  • Tu entretiens un bon climat de travail et une collaboration optimale avec tous les départements
  • Des tâches administratives ainsi que la gestion et le travail actif avec le CRM complètent ton profil de tâches

TON PROFIL

  • Tu as une formation achevée dans le domaine de l'hôtellerie ou plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des Guest Relations
  • Tu es une personne communicative, orientée service et sociable
  • Tu maîtrises l'utilisation d'infrastructures informatiques modernes et disposes d'une manière de travailler autonome, fiable et orientée client
  • Tu aimes travailler en équipe et es flexible - ton taux d'activité de 70 % est réparti sur 5 jours de travail
  • Une parfaite maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit est requise, toute autre langue est un atout
