Pour renforcer notre équipe à Muri (AG), nous recherchons des recruteurs de nouveaux clients (h/f/d, 100%). Postule dès maintenant et travaille en extérieur pour le n° 1 de la vente directe de produits surgelés en Europe ! Car si tu aimes les gens, tu vas adorer ce travail :

  • Maîtrise courante de l-allemand
  • Expérience avérée dans la vente directe, le travail en extérieur ou dans une activité commerciale similaire.
  • Excellentes compétences en présentation et en conclusion de vente.
  • Attitude assurée, convaincante et sympathique à la porte des clients.
  • Grande motivation personnelle, persévérance et orientation vers le succès.
  • Joie du contact direct avec les clients et de la vente active.
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B.
  • Mode de travail autonome et fiable.

  • Expérience dans la vente porte-à-porte, le travail en extérieur ou l-acquisition de nouveaux clients.

Tes tâches :

  • Tu acquiers activement de nouveaux clients bofrost\* dans ta zone de vente.
  • Tu présentes nos produits surgelés, frais et vins de haute qualité directement chez les particuliers.
  • Tu mènes des entretiens de vente convaincants à la porte et identifies avec assurance les besoins des clients.
  • Tu enthousiasmes les prospects pour nos produits et transformes avec succès les contacts en nouveaux clients.
  • Tu réponds avec assurance aux objections et questions et conduis les entretiens de vente vers la conclusion de manière ciblée.
  • Tu organises tes rendez-vous et activités de manière autonome et structurée.
