Your tasks

  • Ensuring a high quality of care
  • Training and further education of the persons responsible for specialist care in the departments
  • Professional leadership of the specialist responsible for geriatrics in the residential groups
  • Professional advice and support for nursing teams, residents and relatives in complex care situations

Your profile

  • Completed training as a Nurse Specialist APN (e.g. Master in Nursing)
  • Several years of professional experience in the role
  • Very good knowledge of evidence-based nursing methods
  • Communicative and organisational skills
  • Enjoyment of independent work and interdisciplinary collaboration
