Office Manager pour le Centre de compétences sur les sols (CCSols)

Vos champs d'activité chez nous

  • Garantir l'efficacité des processus opérationnels du CCSols dans les domaines relevant de l'administration, des finances et des ressources humaines
  • Assumer la conduite autonome du bureau et soutenir la direction du CCSols en matière de gestion et d'organisation
  • Participer à l'optimisation et au développement des processus internes
  • Organiser des réunions et des évènements
  • Établir les conventions de prestations des collaborateurs/-trices, assurer la formation individuelle aux processus administratifs des nouveaux collaborateurs/-trices

Votre bagage, dans l'idéal

  • Formation commerciale de base ou qualification équivalente, formation continue dans le domaine des finances et de la comptabilité
  • Personnalité fiable et loyale, dotée d'un sens aigu des responsabilités, d'une méthode de travail précise et efficace, et d'un fort esprit de service
  • Disposition à assumer un large éventail de tâches variées"-; bonnes capacités de communication, esprit d'équipe, flexibilité et discrétion
  • Très bonne maitrise des outils MS Office, en particulier d'Excel"-; la maitrise de SAP ou de systèmes ERP similaires est un atout
  • Langue maternelle française ou allemande, bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue et de l'anglais
