Opérateur\*trice sur machines de production

Le site Fleury est spécialisé dans la transformation, le séchage et le conditionnement de produits carnés. Dans un environnement soumis à des normes strictes d'hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP), ce poste joue un rôle clé dans la fluidité de la production et la garantie d'une qualité irréprochable des produits finis.

Ce que tu accomplis ###

  • Réaliser de manière autonome les différentes étapes de travail liées à la transformation de la viande, conformément aux instructions et aux spécifications de production
  • Préparer, utiliser et surveiller les machines et les installations nécessaires à la production
  • Effectuer des travaux simples de maintenance et intervenir lors de petits dysfonctionnements
  • Réaliser les contrôles qualité et assurer la documentation conformément aux exigences en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité
  • Veiller au respect des directives en matière d'hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité dans ton domaine d'activité
  • Contribuer activement à la qualité des produits et au rendement dans la zone attribuée
  • Accompagner, selon les besoins, les collaboratrices et collaborateurs moins expérimentés

  • Expérience professionnelle: Expérience professionnelle Dans la production alimentaire et connaissance des normes d'hygiène de base
  • Bonne condition physique
  • Flexibilité et ouverture face aux changements
  • Esprit d'équipe et bonne capacité de coopération
  • Français (A2)
