Tâches ##

  • Conseiller les dirigeants et employés sur toutes les questions RH.

Compétences ##

  • Formation en HRM et 2 ans d'expérience en RH, idéalement industriel.

PARTENAIRE COMMERCIAL RH 80-100%, SUR SITE

  • Conseil compétent et soutien aux cadres et aux collaborateurs dans toutes les questions liées au personnel tout au long du cycle de vie RH
  • Partenaire de réflexion pour les cadres sur tous les sujets de planification du personnel et de la succession, développement du personnel, gestion disciplinaire et leadership
  • Accompagnement et gestion du processus de recrutement ainsi que de la mobilité interne en étroite collaboration avec les cadres
  • Gestion des absences de longue durée et soutien à la réintégration des collaborateurs
  • Participation active à divers projets RH ainsi qu'à l'élaboration et à l'optimisation des processus RH
  • Intervenant/e pour les événements RH récurrents et les formations RH
  • Formation continue dans le domaine de la GRH (certificat fédéral de capacité RH ou bachelor) et au moins 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la même fonction ou une fonction similaire (idéalement dans un environnement industriel)
  • Connaissances approfondies du droit du travail suisse
  • Très bonnes connaissances de Microsoft 365 et SAP
  • Personnalité communicative, digne de confiance et orientée service avec une grande compétence sociale
  • Mode de travail autonome et orienté solutions avec une grande responsabilité personnelle
  • Compétences marquées en conseil et coaching
  • Présence assurée, capacité de persuasion ainsi que grande résistance au stress et esprit d'équipe

Maîtrise courante de l'allemand ou du français ainsi que très bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue.
