Tâches ##

  • Proclamer l'amour de Dieu et renforcer la foi des membres.
  • Construire des ponts entre les générations et favoriser la communauté.
  • Gérer les relations avec les écoles et les autorités locales.

  • Formation théologique reconnue et expérience en pastorale souhaitées.

Notre paroisse protestante avec environ 2500 membres se situe dans le Hinterthurgau et comprend les deux communes politiques de Münchwilen et Eschlikon. Avec une diaconesse qui exerce également des fonctions pastorales, un diacre social responsable du travail jeunesse ainsi que d'autres employés et bénévoles, nous portons en nous la vision suivante : les gens doivent faire l'expérience de l'amour de Dieu, pouvoir grandir dans leur foi et vivre une communauté encourageante. Nous recherchons une personne pastorale (80-100 %) à partir du 1er juin 2027 ou selon accord.

Nous attendons avec impatience une personnalité qui proclame Dieu et son Fils Jésus-Christ, renforce la foi et construit des ponts entre les générations. Ensemble, nous voulons être une Église enracinée dans l'Évangile, qui transmet l'espérance et accompagne les gens dans leur vie.

Nous souhaitons une personne pastorale qui

  • vit une relation personnelle avec Jésus-Christ et en tire sa motivation
  • prêche l'Évangile de manière compréhensible, proche de la vie et bibliquement fondée
  • prend soin de ce qui est éprouvé tout en apportant de nouvelles impulsions
  • prend volontiers des responsabilités tout en aimant le travail d'équipe
  • a de la joie dans le développement de la communauté, le discipulat et le travail intergénérationnel
  • aborde les gens avec ouverture, qu'ils soient proches ou éloignés de l'Église
  • participe activement aux relations avec les écoles, les autorités, les Églises et les associations
  • enthousiasme, accompagne et met en réseau les gens
