Medicalis est votre spécialiste des professions de santé et sociales et fait partie du groupe Interiman. Nous plaçons des infirmiers diplômés, des aides-soignants SRK ainsi que d'autres professionnels dans des maisons de retraite, hôpitaux, cliniques et organisations Spitex dans toute la Suisse alémanique.

Pour un centre pour personnes âgées à gestion familiale à Ennetbürgen au bord du lac des Quatre-Cantons, nous recherchons des soignants engagés pour des missions temporaires en soins de longue durée. Le centre pour personnes âgées se trouve à quelques minutes seulement de Stans, Buochs et Beckenried et est également bien accessible depuis la région de Lucerne.

Description du poste

Vous êtes infirmier/ère diplômé/e HF, aide-soignant/e SRK et recherchez un poste temporaire en soins de longue durée dans le canton de Nidwald ? Nous vous recherchons immédiatement ou selon accord pour un taux d'activité de 40 à 100 %.

Vos tâches :

  • En tant qu'infirmier/ère diplômé/e HF, vous assumez principalement la responsabilité professionnelle lors du service de nuit et êtes la personne de contact pour l'équipe
  • En tant qu'aide-soignant/e SRK, vous soutenez l'équipe principalement lors du service de jour dans les soins de base et le quotidien des résidents
  • Vous accompagnez les personnes âgées, parfois avec des besoins de soins élevés, avec cœur et respect
  • Vous documentez soigneusement et assurez une bonne transmission à l'équipe suivante

Horaires de service :

  • Service du matin de 06h45 à 15h40
  • Service de l'après-midi de 12h30 à 21h30
  • Service de nuit de 21h15 à 07h00

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme d'infirmier/ère HF/FH ou formation achevée d'aide-soignant/e SRK
  • Joie de travailler avec des personnes âgées en maison de retraite
  • Ouvert et chaleureux dans les relations avec les résidents, les proches et l'équipe
  • Ouvert aux missions en service du matin, de l'après-midi ou de nuit
  • Une voiture personnelle est idéale, car le centre pour personnes âgées est difficilement accessible en transports publics
