  • Vous prenez en charge les soins de base en tenant compte individuellement des besoins et des ressources des clientes et clients.
  • Même dans des situations de soins exigeantes, vous agissez calmement, de manière fiable et responsable.
  • Vous contribuez à ce que les clientes et clients puissent conserver leur autonomie et leur qualité de vie aussi longtemps que possible.
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe soignante et la soutenez dans l'accompagnement professionnel.
  • Formation achevée en tant qu'aide-soignant(e) SRC
