  • Planifier et projeter des installations techniques (chauffage, ventilation).

Compétences ##

  • Formation en tant que maître, technicien ou équivalent exigée.
  • Connaissances approfondies en équipements techniques de bâtiment.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels CAD, idéalement Revit et Linear.

Ce que tu peux accomplir

  • Planifier, calculer et concevoir des installations techniques dans les domaines du chauffage, de la ventilation, de la climatisation et du sanitaire
  • Planification, direction des travaux et supervision des prestations
  • Déterminer les données opérationnelles telles que les besoins énergétiques, établir des cahiers des charges et calculer les coûts
  • Exécution conforme aux délais et aux plans, réception des installations
  • Conseils sur les économies d'énergie possibles

Tes compétences sont

  • Une formation solide achevée en tant que maître artisan, technicien ou un diplôme dans un domaine similaire
  • Connaissances approfondies dans les métiers de l'équipement technique des bâtiments
  • Idéalement, des connaissances pratiques ou une bonne capacité de visualisation pour la mise en œuvre des travaux de construction
  • Compétences en CAO, 2D et 3D, de préférence Revit et Linear
  • Une attitude sûre et professionnelle, fiabilité, sens des responsabilités et discrétion
  • Le courage de prendre des décisions en lien avec l'autonomie et la discipline
  • Compétences linguistiques : allemand niveau C2
