  • Du unterstützt unser Front-Office-Team bei Check-in und Check-out und bist Ansprechperson für unsere internationalen Gäste
  • Du übernimmst abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben im Gästeservice und unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Anfragen
  • Du packst auch im F&B-Bereich mit an und unterstützt beim Frühstücksservice sowie an der Bar
  • Du sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und eine angenehme Atmosphäre in allen Gästebereichen
  • Du erhältst einen vielseitigen Einblick in die operativen Abläufe eines modernen Hotels und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt eigene Verantwortung

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Du absolvierst aktuell ein Studium an einer anerkannten Hotelfachschule und möchtest dein Pflichtpraktikum bei uns absolvieren
  • Du hast Freude am Gästekontakt und Interesse an den Bereichen Front Office und Food & Beverage
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und fühlst dich im Kontakt mit internationalen Gästen wohl
  • Du bist eine offene, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit und arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Du bist flexibel, packst gerne mit an und behältst auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick
