Chez BKW, vous assumez la responsabilité des processus clients liés au raccordement au réseau et à l'approvisionnement en électricité. Vous les développez de manière ciblée, reliant les opérations à la gestion agile des produits et garantissant des solutions efficaces qui convainquent clients et partenaires spécialisés.

Votre domaine d'action

  • Vous assumez la responsabilité professionnelle de bout en bout des processus clients dans la gestion du raccordement au réseau et des clients du réseau, et les développez continuellement
  • Vous analysez et optimisez des processus tels que la gestion des urgences et la surveillance du raccordement au réseau en tenant compte des clients, des propriétaires et des partenaires spécialisés
  • En étroite collaboration avec les opérations, les équipes de développement agile des produits et la communication, vous élaborez des optimisations pratiques
  • Vous priorisez les développements, prenez des décisions professionnelles et coordonnez la mise en œuvre
  • En cas de problèmes techniques ou liés aux systèmes, vous impliquez les responsables spécialisés concernés et accompagnez la recherche de solutions
  • Vous accompagnez activement l-introduction de nouveaux processus, recueillez des retours ciblés et vérifiez si les ajustements mis en œuvre produisent l-effet souhaité dans la pratique quotidienne et créent une valeur ajoutée durable

Ce que vous apportez

  • Diplôme de niveau HF, FH ou université (Bachelor/Master) dans une discipline technique, économique ou équivalente
  • Au moins cinq ans d-expérience pratique, idéalement dans le secteur de l-énergie ou un environnement réglementé, ainsi qu-un enthousiasme pour les sujets techniques liés au raccordement au réseau et à l-électricité
  • Expérience en développement agile de produits et bonne compréhension des besoins des clients et du parcours client
  • Esprit pratique prononcé, pensée conceptuelle et capacité à mettre en œuvre avec succès des idées dans la pratique
  • Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et orientée solutions avec une grande responsabilité personnelle et initiative
  • Personnalité communicative, convaincante et déterminée, à l-aise dans les opérations et le monde agile, qui fait avancer activement les sujets
