Alors tu es au bon endroit chez nous. Notre département "Développement" gère le cœur de Finnova, notre logiciel bancaire central. Ce département comprend l'équipe FCS UI (Finnova Core Banking System User Interface) Framework. Dans cette équipe Scrum agile, nous recherchons pour le développement du nouvel UI expert du Finnova Core Banking System un Product Owner engagé et créatif, qui assumera la responsabilité d'un produit central dans ce rôle clé et en fera avancer le développement. Vis une atmosphère de travail qui offre de la place à la créativité et à l'innovation ainsi qu'à l'échange d'idées et de perspectives. ###

Tu es passionné par...

  • les innovations pour construire, en tant que membre de l'équipe produit, notre UI expert et la développer selon les besoins de nos clients internes et externes
  • le leadership professionnel en tant que leader agile (serviteur) d'une équipe Scrum selon les principes agiles
  • la co-conception de la vision produit en respectant la feuille de route produit avec le Product Management
  • la collaboration avec différents parties prenantes (internes et externes)
  • la gestion et la priorisation du Product Backlog pour maximiser la création de valeur dans le développement de la plateforme
  • la validation et l'assurance de la livraison dans les délais des incréments de la plateforme
  • la participation aux comités pour le développement continu du produit

Tu nous enthousiasmes...

  • par une formation supérieure achevée en économie, informatique ou finance ou par plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle avec une formation complémentaire et un savoir-faire bancaire
  • par ton expertise technique notamment avec les technologies cloud (UX, kubernetes, microservices, Docker, pipelines CI/CD)
  • par ton expérience avérée en tant que Product Owner ou Senior Business Analyst technique dans des projets de développement logiciel agiles
  • par une approche de travail et de réflexion orientée solutions avec une grande conscience de la qualité
  • par une personnalité innovante, authentique et orientée équipe avec de fortes capacités conceptuelles/analytique
  • par tes compétences interpersonnelles et communicatives
  • par un allemand courant (C1) et un anglais opérationnel (B2)
