Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, une prestigieuse Manufacture Horlogère, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Programmeur Régleur (H/F) pour une mission temporaire d'au minimum 3 mois.

Vos futures responsabilités :

  • Vous programmerez les fraiseuses 3 ou 4 axes, vous établirez les dossiers de fabrication, vous assurerez les mises en train et les réglages des équipements de production.
  • Vous garantirez le bon déroulement des fabrications en assurant le suivi de production, la qualité des pièces et la saisie des données d'industrialisation, de fabrication et de contrôle.
  • Vous diagnostiquerez les dysfonctionnements techniques et vous mettrez en oeuvre les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Vous contribuerez à l'amélioration continue des procédés, de la documentation technique et de l'organisation de l'atelier en collaboration avec les équipes de production, méthodes, qualité et industrialisation.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un CFC de Micromécanicien, Polymécanicien ou un titre jugé équivalent.
  • Vous possédez une expérience significative en programmation et réglage de fraiseuse CNC.
  • Vous maîtrisez la lecture de plans techniques ainsi que les moyens de contrôle usuels.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et la saisie de données de production.
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur, et d'un fort esprit d'analyse. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Vous êtes orienté qualité, amélioration continue et respect des standards de fabrication.
