En collaboration avec notre client, une entreprise du secteur des services, nous recherchons immédiatement ou selon accord un(e) contrôleur de projet 80-100%. Vos tâches chez le nouvel employeur

  • Vous prenez en charge la planification et la gestion autonome de projets variés dans le domaine financier et administratif et accompagnez leur mise en œuvre réussie de la conception à l'introduction
  • Avec votre regard pour des processus efficaces, vous analysez les processus commerciaux existants, développez des structures de processus cohérentes et faites avancer la numérisation de manière ciblée
  • En introduisant des solutions modernes, vous simplifiez les tâches administratives, réduisez les étapes de travail manuelles et créez des améliorations durables dans les opérations quotidiennes
  • En tant que point de contact central, vous coordonnez la collaboration entre le département financier, les services internes spécialisés et l'informatique
  • De plus, vous soutenez la direction financière dans les questions stratégiques, conseillez les collaborateurs sur les nouveaux processus et apportez votre expertise dans des groupes de travail interservices

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous disposez d'une formation supérieure en gestion d'entreprise et idéalement d'une formation complémentaire en contrôle de gestion
  • Grâce à votre expérience professionnelle d'au moins deux ans dans un environnement économique ainsi qu'en gestion de projets et de processus, vous connaissez les défis des processus commerciaux complexes dans la pratique
  • Des connaissances approfondies en optimisation des processus, numérisation et automatisation ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise des applications informatiques et un très bon niveau d'allemand vous soutiennent dans vos tâches quotidiennes
  • Avec votre manière communicative, autonome et orientée solutions, vous enthousiasmez différents groupes d'intérêt, abordez les défis de manière pragmatique et gardez une vue d'ensemble même sur des sujets complexes
