Comadur est le spécialiste de la production de composants en matériaux durs tels que le saphir, les pierres d-horlogerie, la céramique et les micromagnets, principalement destinés à l-industrie horlogère. Pour notre site de Bad Zurzach, nous recherchons :

Contrôleuse qualité

Description du poste

  • Contrôle des matériaux des semi-produits en verre saphir à l-aide d-un microscope LED
  • Contrôle optique et esthétique de la qualité des semi-produits en verre saphir
  • Contrôle dimensionnel des pièces avec une machine de mesure optique
  • Contrôle visuel de la forme et mesure de l-épaisseur des demi-lunes en rubis
  • Saisie des données de production dans le système ERP (Mapics)
  • Contrôle qualité et classification des pierres de saphir par technologie laser

Profil

  • Très bonne acuité visuelle et grande capacité de concentration
  • Habileté manuelle et travail précis
  • Maîtrise des différents instruments de mesure

Compétences requises

  • Travail rapide, soigneux et précis
  • Autonomie ainsi que bon esprit d-équipe
  • Fiabilité, flexibilité et sens des responsabilités
  • Compréhension technique et affinité avec les chiffres sont un atout
