Tasks ##

Skills ##

  • Completed training in a manufacturing profession with several years of experience.
  • Experience in programming 3D coordinate measuring machines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German.

Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d) 100% #

Your area of responsibility

  • Monitoring compliance with quality requirements in the ongoing process by means of random sampling inspection
  • Performing and documenting initial sample inspections as well as final and intermediate inspections
  • Releasing and blocking articles or production batches
  • Analysing uncertain processes, initiating change processes and implementing them in production
  • Developing measurement strategies and supporting metrological queries
  • Operating the 3D coordinate measuring machine

Your profile

  • Completed training in a manufacturing profession
  • Several years of experience in the inspection area (working with tolerances around 0.01 mm)
  • Experience in programming 3D coordinate measuring machines is an advantage
  • Further training in quality assurance/testing technology is an advantage
  • Willingness to undertake further training in non-destructive testing methods such as VT or PT testing
  • Representing quality assurance in specialist meetings (inspection planning, complaints) and implementing the insights gained in the QA area
  • Making cost/benefit considerations with the aim of reducing waste
  • Precise oral and written expression in German
