CreditX est une fintech spécialisée dans la prévoyance, qui associe conseil personnalisé et outils numériques. Nous accompagnons nos clients dans la compréhension de leur situation et la mise en place de solutions adaptées à leurs besoins en matière d-invalidité, de décès et de retraite.

Nous recherchons un ou une Relationship Manager Junior souhaitant apprendre le métier, développer un portefeuille de clients privés et participer à la croissance de CreditX.

LE POSTE EN BREF

  • Lieu : Sion, sur site.
  • Taux d-activité : 100 %.
  • Salaire : CHF 100-000 brut de fixe annuel, indépendant de votre production commerciale.
  • Bonus : en fonction des résultats, selon des objectifs et un barème définis à l-avance.
  • Formation : parcours préparant à la qualification AFA et accompagnement sur le terrain.
  • Profil : expérience dans la vente ou la relation client ; reconversion professionnelle bienvenue.

VOTRE RÔLE

Vous développez votre clientèle et construisez des relations de confiance dans la durée. À mesure de votre formation et des qualifications obtenues, vous prenez progressivement en charge l-analyse des besoins, le conseil et le suivi des dossiers.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Développer votre portefeuille par une prospection active, votre réseau et les recommandations de vos clients.
  • Comprendre la situation personnelle, professionnelle et financière de chaque client.
  • Identifier les besoins de prévoyance et présenter des solutions adaptées.
  • Accompagner les clients dans leurs démarches et assurer un suivi rigoureux.
  • Réévaluer les besoins lors des changements de situation.
  • Contribuer à l-amélioration de l-expérience client et des outils CreditX.

L-acquisition de nouveaux clients constitue une dimension essentielle du poste. Des contacts générés par CreditX pourront également vous être confiés pour soutenir votre développement commercial.

VOTRE FORMATION

Vous souhaitez vous orienter vers la prévoyance sans avoir encore d-expérience dans ce domaine ? Nous vous accompagnons dans l-apprentissage du métier.

Vous suivez un parcours préparant à la qualification AFA et bénéficiez d-un encadrement de proximité : acquisition des connaissances, préparation des entretiens et accompagnement sur le terrain.

Vous développez progressivement les compétences techniques et relationnelles nécessaires pour exercer avec autonomie, rigueur et professionnalisme.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Une première expérience dans la vente, le développement commercial ou la relation client.
  • Un intérêt marqué pour la prévoyance et les services financiers.
  • Le goût de la prospection et la capacité à développer un réseau.
  • De l-initiative, le sens des responsabilités et une bonne organisation.
  • Une aisance avec les outils numériques.
  • La motivation nécessaire pour suivre une formation exigeante et acquérir une nouvelle expertise.

Une expérience en assurance constitue un atout, mais n-est pas indispensable. Le poste est ouvert aux personnes en reconversion professionnelle.
